1. Upon washing hands and face, acquire you favorite face cream or oil and gently apply it to your skin
2. Make sure the white protection cap is removed, the head of the device is clean and you are ready to begin
3. Hold down the power button until lights come on. To cycle through the modes, press the power without holding or follow more instructions below
